Preventative Maintenance |

The implementation of our Material Management program begins with an evaluation of the situation.
This leads to the development of a plan
for the organisation of work. This plan will be finalised in consultation with all executive committee members. |

Review Maintenance Operating Procedures: BFMS has extensive experience in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs and systems including the development of internal software programs used in the tracking and reporting of maintenance activities. |
|
Plant Operations and Maintenance Audit: BFMS will actively inspect the completed maintenance tasks. Asset audits will be carried out annually. |
|
Review Current/Proposed maintenance: BFMS will review all current or proposed maintenance initiatives and validate the requirements as part of the overall facilities plan. |

• Air conditioning and mechanical
• Lifts
• General contractors
• Electrical
• Plumbing & hydraulic
• Pest control
• Security
• Grounds maintenance

Before the inception of these services it is our practice to: |
|
• Establish trade specifications & draft appropriate tender documents
• Obtain quotations to provide these services
• Meet with the Executive Committee to recommend contractors
• Finally, establish the contract
